At Hikmah Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5 business days.
